Not having had formal singing lessons, I have found the pictures of how to position the tongue and lips for vowels has been most helpful.

I feel like some of vowel illustrations should be much taller. I was disappointed and will not be printing these out for my bulletin boards :(.

I’m very sorry you were disappointed. I have only limited options with clip art that I can find. I would be willing to play with the clip art a little to see if I can make it fit what you would want. If you email me at MrsStouffer’sMusicRoom@gmail.com, I’ll see what I can do with the pages you were unhappy with. ~Melissa

I love these posters! I love the ones with the mouth formations! Do you have a picture example of how to organize all of these on the wall? Also, do you have everything split into the categories? I just want to make sure I get them sorted correctly. Thanks! I’m currently hanging these up!

Hi! Sorry I missed the questions in here! Send me an email at mrsstouffersmusicroom@gmail.com so I can give you some ideas!

Hi! I just bought your visuals for my choir room and I think they are great. My only request would be if you could add the IPA symbol on the picture cards. It was strange to me that you didn’t include both. Is there any way of sharing a version where you put the IPA symbol on the card with the mouth shape instead?
Thanks!
Amy

I’m planning on introducing IPA to my choir next year, and these will be a great resource for my students as they are learning, thanks!

These are absolutely beautiful and the IPA posters are a great resource! I was disappointed with the vowel shape pictures. They don’t reinforce “north to south not east to west.” The “e” vowel shape shows almost an entire set of teeth. The bottom teeth are also visible in many of the pictures. I won’t be able to tell my students to copy these vowel shapes.

Hi, I’m sorry you feel poorly about this purchase. Unfortunately some of my choices are limited by clip art availability. If you contact me at MrsStouffersMusicRoom@gmail.com I will let you know how to get a refund.
