Podcasts are a bite sized way to get some great ideas. There are some music educators with wonderful podcasts that you should add to your list. Make sure you give them a follow!
While I’ve tried podcasting before, it didn’t feel natural for me because I was recording by myself without really talking to anyone, or seeing anyone else. Somehow at least seeing myself when I record for YouTube feels more natural because it at the very least seems like I’m in a zoom meeting but I love getting to talk with other music educators when they invite me 😉

Crescendo Music Education Podcast
Crescendo Music Education Podcast is a wonderful mix of interviews and plain old wonderful info from Debbie O’Shea who is a brilliant and FUN music teacher from down under. Her hair matches her personality and you’ll love listening to her!

We’ve run in the same circle for a while, but never got a chance to meet ‘face to face’ until this summer. (Virtually, across about a dozen time zones and a massive amount of land and water.) She invited me to come on her podcast and we had ended up having such a good conversation she had to split it in half!
