Description
This fun flower petal sorting game is perfect for workstations and centers!
If you are running in a center, I recommend cutting and laminating the pieces in color.
If the kids each get their own, I recommend printing in black and white.
Both are offered!
Includes flowers for woodwinds, brass, percussion, strings, and keyboards
Let your kids learn about instrument families in a fun way that is perfect for spring!

Perfect for the end of my instrument unit! I adapted it a little bit so the students had to choose between two instrument families and then find the papers that matched their instrument family. Will use again!

I used this as a center for my 2nd – 4th graders, and it was thoroughly enjoyed by them.

Great addition to my music resources – my students really enjoyed these additions

I used this with a special needs class as a review of which instruments belong in which family. They enjoyed it. I may try velcro dots on the petals to make them stay in place.

This was an engaging way for my students to review instrument families!

Great resource for reviewing instrument families in the spring. I attached the stem and center to the flower pots to keep the pieces together. I like the suggestion of using velcro dots to adhere the petals.

This was a great way to review what students learned in class. They loved coloring them and putting them where they belonged.

This is a fun sorting activity that can help everyone survive right before a break such as winter or spring break. This is also an activity that is easy to pull out when you, the teacher, are not feeling so great and need something to get the kids still learning but not using all of your energy.
